Sims Recycling Solutions is working with government organizations, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s), Contract Equipment Manufacturers (CEM’s), suppliers, importers, lease and finance companies, sector organisations and end users to provide cost effective, environmentally sound solutions to “end of life” and redundant products and materials.
In the Australasia and South East Asia region, Sims Recycling Solutions processes waste electrical and electronic equipment in ten recycling centres in five countries - Australia, New Zealand, India, Singapore and South Africa. This includes the recently acquired asset recovery (IT and telecommunications equipment recovery and recycling) specialist Clearhouse Technology and the Trishyiraya Recycling centre in Chennai, southern India.
In Europe Sims Recycling Solutions has operations in five European countries with partnerships in fourteen more, whilst in North America the company has fourteen recycling centres across eight US states and southern Canada. The American division has strategic recycling partnerships with Central American and South American organisations extending the reach of e-recycling.
