Customer data security is a very high priority for Sims Recycling Solutions.  Personal or business data left on IT or telecommunications assets can be accessed by third parties if not securely destroyed. To protect individuals against identity theft and to ensure employee and customer data are not accessible, Sims Recycling Solutions uses a range of high specification data wiping technologies on receipted equipment.

Sims Recycling Solutions provides a range of secure data destruction, from simple hard disk formatting (F Disk) through to military specification formatting (X 8 overwrite) to physical destruction of the HDD and replacement with a new HDD. We will provide data destruction certification if required.

We will run a low format process over every hard drive, even if the customer has performed their own, onsite, data destruction.
